We accept pay pal, credit cards and etsy gift certificates. Orders will only be cancelled if there is a valid reason.
Please note we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for verifying your address. I have had packages come back to me, as well as clients getting upset about items shipped to incorrect address. If I notice an address is incomplete I will email and ask for clarification but if the address is accepted by my shipping company it is not my fault if the address you submitted is incorrect. Items will no longer be refunded if address provided is incorrect. If you would like another item sent out you will have to pay for new shipping for items up to 5.00, for anything over 5.00 item will have to be repurchased and shipping repaid, as I cannot afford to resend and remake items that an incorrect address was provided for. The majority of our items ship from Canada via Canada Post which sadly is fairly expensive and slow sometimes. Items being shipped to the US are shipped via USPS from a local store so the majority of US items will be shipped priority mail with tracking numbers.
**Please note all US packages are shipped via USPS (generally) but within Canada, I have to pay the exchange and an extra 1-2.00 per box delivery fee. **

Returns accepted on damaged items only. If you have any issues with an item please contact us and we will do our best to deal with the issues.
For Ceramic, glass items if the item you received is damaged I will issue a refund or replace item once I receive a picture of the damage. Photo's must be sent within 3 days after item is received.
Our Candles are hand poured and made individually, so they may not always be as pictured, slight differences may occur. Our candles will be well packaged but if yours does suffer in transit please notify us right away with pictures and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
For Purses/Messenger bags, please check all measurements and ask questions before ordering. I will not accept returns for the bag being too small. If the bag is damaged or defective then yes. For printed bags if you are unhappy with the print I will work with you to fix the issue, each bag is printed individually by hand so there will be slight differences.
For all other items or issues, please contact me to work out a solution.
Items will not be refunded until item has been returned in same condition. Once item has been returned refund will be issued.
Buyer to pay for return shipping, we are not responsible to pay for you to ship item back.
Everything we make can usually be made custom, so please contact us with any requests.
All items are handmade so there may be slight discrepancies between items due to their individual manufacturing.

I ordered the cutting board as a wedding gift a week before the wedding and was worried I would not get it on time. After sending an email explaining my situation, I received a reply saying it would be delivered on time. It was delivered 3 days before the wedding and she even threw in a Frankenstein and Bride card. Beyond pleased with my purchase and customer service.
